Moonbeam, Lynn Canal, AK

This is the most serene sight I’ve ever witnessed. I’ve tried many many times to capture the moonlight reflecting off the water like it is here and it never seemed to turn out but through good fortune and some determination I got a picture of a beautiful moonbeam. While sitting on crew deck watching this unfold I couldn’t help but to think of Cheyenne, whose nickname from her uncle happens to be Moonbeam and whose middle name happens to be Lynn, and I miss her something terribly.  Today is a huge day for her, as she graduates from high school, and I am so very proud of her. Best of luck Chey! You are going to do amazing things!
